KPIs

In 2003 we recognised the need for benchmarking the performance and processes within our Company.

We set up 7 Key Performance Indicators to assess and address performance and to demonstrate continuous improvement. 

The current Key Performance Indicators we have in place are:

Customer Satisfaction
Employee Satisfaction
Supply Chain
Process Evaluation
Safety
Profitability
Productivity

These were initially benchmarked against a published Department of Trade and Industry standard, but are now measured against the prior year performances of our Company. 

All elements are measured annually, with additional quarterly benchmarking for Customer Satisfaction and Safety.
