Applicants must be articulate, numerate and able to:

- Manage cash flow, including issuing applications, pursuing payments and preparing Sub-Contractors IP’s.

- Manage and administer contractual changes.

- Carry out site visits to ensure contract compliance and maximise out turn of contracts.

- Quantify and record progress of the works to meet client and branch requirements.

- Monitor and report estimated costs against actual.

- Produce detailed final accounts and confidently conclude account negotiation.

- Carry out evaluation of tenders including analysis of risks and opportunities.

- Contract document review and agreement.

We are currently looking to recruit candidates with a thorough knowledge of the Construction Industry with either a surveying and/or senior management background. Knowledge of the Roofing Industry would be advantageous but not essential.

• Estimating/Business Development Manager - Chessington

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced individual with an estimating background in roofing. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate, will be required to carry out site surveys, complete reports, offer advice and prepare estimates nationally.

The individual must be computer literate and adaptable.
